STPH Data Services works with private hire operators and no one else. The five services we run, data facilitation, dispatch, call centre, offshore handling and telephone numbers, are the operational layers that decide whether a fleet grows cleanly or stalls under infrastructure that never kept pace with it.

We are not a general-purpose software house wandering into transport for a contract. Years of private hire work leave you with judgement that a datasheet cannot, and it surfaces in the details, what to connect first, which dispatch quirks to design around, and which compliance flags genuinely matter when a licence comes up for review.

Every engagement opens with a plain assessment, a roadmap the operator's own team can follow without a translator, and reporting that ties the work back to real outcomes rather than figures that only look good in a slide.

How the practice grew.

  1. 2015

    Set up in Swords, Co. Dublin to address the back-office data gap operators kept running into as their fleets grew.

  2. 2018

    Dispatch tier extended to multi-depot operators across Ireland and the UK, with the first thousand-vehicle fleet brought on board.

  3. 2021

    Offshore call-handling tier introduced so operators could cover the overnight hours without carrying a graveyard-shift premium.

  4. 2024

    Telephone number provisioning brought together on one platform sitting on redundant carrier infrastructure.
