- What size of fleet do you work with?
- From 10 cars in a single town up to 2,000-vehicle operations spread across several depots. The platform stays the same; what changes is how it is configured.
- How long does onboarding take?
- Roughly two to six weeks, depending on how deep the integration runs. The opening week is always discovery and audit. We write no code until we understand how the fleet actually operates.
- Can you work with our existing dispatch software?
- In most cases, yes. We have connected to the bulk of the dispatch platforms used across the IRL and UK markets. Where we cannot, we say so at the outset rather than weeks down the line.
- Do you offer offshore call handling on its own?
- Yes. Offshore stands as its own tier and slots in alongside whatever dispatch tooling you already run, so there is no need to move the rest of your stack to take it up.
